High-Volume Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a High-Volume Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews
• Conduct 12+ interviews per day and achieve 3+ hires daily
• Source candidates proactively and maintain accurate updates in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong background in high-volume or BPO recruitment
• Experience recruiting for Healthcare programs and Sales positions
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet hiring targets
• Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and virtual interview tools
