Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter - Client-Facing Talent (High-Volume, Contingent Workforce).

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for contract-based relocation consultants and local experts in a high-volume environment
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring requirements
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated high-volume hiring experience
  • Proven ability to source and hire contract-based, client-facing talent across multiple markets
  • Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting and productivity tools
