Job Summary

Supporting rapid hiring across data center operations, the contract High-Volume Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and leadership roles while working remotely and focusing on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume data center roles, from intake through offer and start date
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience, ensuring a strong candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring environments
• Direct experience recruiting for data center-related roles, including technicians and engineers
• Strong understanding of data center operations and shift-based staffing models
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
