Job Summary

Proactively sourcing and screening candidates, the full-time High Volume Recruiter will manage multiple active programs simultaneously, ensuring timely staffing of domain experts while maintaining quality standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen high volumes of candidates across multiple active programs, balancing quality and speed
• Own top-of-funnel pipeline health by tracking application volume, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics daily
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Project Leads and Operations to understand and meet program-specific requirements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience
• Proven track record managing large candidate pipelines under tight timelines
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple open requisitions concurrently
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on funnel metrics
• Excellent written communication skills for high-volume outreach and candidate engagement
