Job Summary
Proactively sourcing and screening candidates, the full-time High Volume Recruiter will manage multiple active programs simultaneously, ensuring timely staffing of domain experts while maintaining quality standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen high volumes of candidates across multiple active programs, balancing quality and speed
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline health by tracking application volume, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics daily
- Collaborate closely with Strategic Project Leads and Operations to understand and meet program-specific requirements
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting or sourcing experience
- Proven track record managing large candidate pipelines under tight timelines
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple open requisitions concurrently
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on funnel metrics
- Excellent written communication skills for high-volume outreach and candidate engagement
