Job Summary

To support national expansion, the full-time High Volume Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, proactively source candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fill high-impact roles in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Proactively source and attract passive candidates using creative strategies and referral networks
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to align on role requirements and improve the talent acquisition process
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment (30+ requisitions) across multiple functions or locations
  • Strong sourcing expertise using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
