Job Summary
Seeking a motivated High Volume Frontline Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to meet internal customer needs while collaborating with hiring managers across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to meet internal capacity needs
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining consistent applicant engagement and nurturing candidates through complex processes
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments such as retail, logistics, or operations
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday, and high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring practices
- Proven ability in analytical talent assessment and stakeholder management across diverse job profiles
- Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced culture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
