Job Summary

Seeking a motivated High Volume Frontline Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to meet internal customer needs while collaborating with hiring managers across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to meet internal capacity needs
  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining consistent applicant engagement and nurturing candidates through complex processes
Required qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments such as retail, logistics, or operations
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday, and high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring practices
  • Proven ability in analytical talent assessment and stakeholder management across diverse job profiles
  • Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced culture
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
