Job Summary

To support a key client's business needs, the full-time High-Volume Recruiter will drive all aspects of recruitment for field and fiber technician positions in a fully remote, 6-month contract role, focusing on candidate sourcing, screening, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, connecting motivated candidates to job opportunities and developing their career pathways
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through creative sourcing strategies and digital outreach
• Advocate for candidates by efficiently screening and assessing their qualifications to ensure a successful hiring experience

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in field tech, fiber, or manufacturing
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring timelines
• Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot between roles and locations
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
