Job Summary
To support a growing team, the contract High-Volume Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for remote hourly sales and customer service roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and meet staffing goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume remote sales and customer service positions
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by developing recruitment action plans and understanding workforce needs
- Source candidates through various channels, conduct high-volume video screens, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or high-growth environment
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives and managing multiple open requisitions
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies, with Lever experience preferred
