Job Summary

To support high-volume hiring needs, the remote contract High-Volume Recruiter - Contact Center will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for customer service positions, focusing on building candidate pipelines and meeting class-based hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer for high-volume Contact Center positions
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines to consistently meet class-fill targets
• Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate interviews to ensure timely candidate progression through the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-volume environments
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for Contact Center or similar roles
• Experience conducting structured phone screens and interviews
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Consultative communication style with the ability to influence hiring decisions
