Higher Education Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting higher education institutions with process improvement and Salesforce-related initiatives, the full-time Higher Education Consultant will gather requirements, document business processes, and translate institutional needs into actionable system enhancements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for higher education technology, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments, including admissions and student services
• Analyze current-state workflows to identify process gaps, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in higher education administration, consulting, or business analysis
• Experience supporting Salesforce, Salesforce Education Cloud, or other student lifecycle technology
• Strong understanding of higher education operations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with Agile project environments and tools like Jira and Confluence
