HIH Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, HIH Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to vendor performance or project delivery
• Run and analyze reports to monitor project performance and manage inventory levels
• Coordinate between internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and compliance with SLAs

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare or risk adjustment
• Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and reporting software
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred but not required
• Experience working with vendors and overseeing contractual obligations is a plus
