HIM Analyst (RHIT/RHIA Required)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIM Analyst to ensure the integrity and accuracy of patient data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve data integrity issues and complete patient charts
• Support various HIM operations and oversee one or more HIM functions
• Communicate with hospital departments to address medical record errors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the HIM field, preferably in chart analysis
• Experience with Revenue Cycle and/or Healthcare EMR
• Strong Microsoft application skills
• RHIT or RHIA credential is preferred
• Experience with EPIC and deficiency analysis is desired
