HIM Coding Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Health Cerner HIM Coding Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize HIM and coding workflows within Oracle Health (Cerner) systems
• Configure and support Cerner HIM modules and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate coding and documentation processes
• Assist with system implementation, testing, and provide end-user training and ongoing support for HIM and coding staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health information management, Health Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-7+ years of HIM/coding experience in a healthcare setting
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) HIM modules
• Strong knowledge of medical coding systems (ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS)
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
