HIM Data Integrity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Health Information Management (HIM) Data Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the development and maintenance of HIM applications and data integrity within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the integrity and security of assigned applications and medical records
• Manage team performance and operational workflows, including data updates and compliance with data integrity standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or HIM management
• Experience in change management coordination
• Familiarity with EMR master files and scanning systems preferred
• EPIC Certification within 180 days required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
