Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIM EHR Deficiency Analyst - Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on transcription errors and manage related folders in the EHR system
• Verify OP notes, D/C summaries, and H&P reports while monitoring incomplete records
• Provide training and support to clinicians on EHR functions and generate routine status reports

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two years of experience in a hospital or medical clinic office setting
• Knowledge of medical records content and management
• Experience with EHR systems and structured data management
• No certifications or licenses required
