HIM Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the integrity of patient records, the full-time HIM Systems Analyst will manage the Health Link platform, merge patient charts, analyze fraud cases, and provide input on workflow improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient information on the Health Link platform
• Merge patient charts to ensure the integrity of medical records
• Analyze and address patient overlays or fraud cases for patient safety

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in Health Information Management
• Epic Certification within 180 days of hire
• RHIA, RHIT, CPHIMS, or CAHIMS certification preferred
• 2 years of lead or trainer experience preferred
