Job Summary

Seeking a Hindi Remote Interpreter for a contract position that allows for flexible scheduling while providing over-the-phone interpretation services across various industries, primarily medical, from the comfort of home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephonic interpretation services for clients in multiple sectors, including medical, insurance, and customer service
• Manage a high volume of calls using an online portal or landline telephone, ensuring availability for 24/7 client needs
• Complete a required language assessment to qualify for the position and maintain compliance with U.S. legal working requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional interpreting experience, preferably in over-the-phone interpreting
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States, including a valid SSN or EIN and photo ID
• Ability to reside within the United States, excluding New York and California
• Experience with high-volume call environments is preferred
• Access to reliable internet and a landline telephone for remote work
