Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Release of Information Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ROI and HIM operations, ensuring execution against defined KPIs
• Monitor operational performance, backlog, turnaround times, and quality metrics
• Drive operational improvements within existing workflows to enhance KPI performance

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ROI or HIM operations; behavioral health and multi-state experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and behavioral health privacy requirements
• Experience coaching, supporting, or supervising team members
• Demonstrated ownership of KPIs and ability to leverage data for performance improvements
• Able to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
