Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hiring Associate to manage a high-volume hiring pipeline for caregiver candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates, addressing barriers and guiding them through hiring milestones
  • Monitor candidate progression and ensure priority candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel
  • Review documentation and conduct compliance checks to meet state and national audit standards
Qualifications & Competencies
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support managing a high volume of candidates
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates at various stages
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn and navigate applicant tracking systems and hiring automation platforms
  • Preferred: Experience in home care, caregiving, or regulated industries requiring compliance documentation
