Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hiring Associate to manage a high-volume hiring pipeline for caregiver candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates, addressing barriers and guiding them through hiring milestones
- Monitor candidate progression and ensure priority candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel
- Review documentation and conduct compliance checks to meet state and national audit standards
Qualifications & Competencies
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support managing a high volume of candidates
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates at various stages
- Strong technical aptitude to learn and navigate applicant tracking systems and hiring automation platforms
- Preferred: Experience in home care, caregiving, or regulated industries requiring compliance documentation
