Job Summary

Owning end-to-end hiring processes, the full-time Hiring Manager will identify and secure top talent while building robust talent pipelines and enhancing hiring strategies in Toamasina, Madagascar.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent operations and strategy to attract mission-aligned candidates
• Partner with department managers to define success criteria and design assessment processes
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to recommend improvements to sourcing channels and interview processes
