Job Summary

Supporting hiring and talent operations initiatives, the full-time Hiring Partner will engage in full lifecycle recruiting across various business functions while working remotely for a temporary 6-month period.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities and collaborate with hiring managers to enhance candidate experience
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, building and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or related fields within a technology or fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting recruiting processes across multiple business functions or teams
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems, with preference for Ashby experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in candidate experience and onboarding initiatives is preferred
