Job Summary
Supporting hiring and talent operations initiatives, the full-time Hiring Partner will engage in full lifecycle recruiting across various business functions while working remotely for a temporary 6-month period.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities and collaborate with hiring managers to enhance candidate experience
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Assist with onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or related fields within a technology or fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting recruiting processes across multiple business functions or teams
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems, with preference for Ashby experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in candidate experience and onboarding initiatives is preferred
