Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Hiring Partner will manage full lifecycle recruiting for various functions while fostering a positive candidate experience in a remote environment for a six-month engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle recruiting activities and partner with hiring managers on search strategy and candidate experience
• Source and engage candidates through various platforms, building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent operations experience in a technology or fast-paced business environment
• Experience supporting full lifecycle recruiting across multiple teams or business functions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in candidate experience, onboarding, or broader talent operations initiatives is preferred
