Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Scheduling and Strategy, the full-time Coordinator, History Scheduling will manage programming schedules across linear and digital platforms, support content strategy, and conduct competitive analysis while working in a flexible hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enter linear and multi-platform schedules into internal scheduling software, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Coordinate with various internal and external departments to facilitate scheduling and content strategy decisions
- Track competitive networks and programming trends, providing insights to inform scheduling and content strategies
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of media industry experience, with relevant internships considered
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- General understanding of the media entertainment industry and television programming
- Strong interest in data analysis and applying data-based solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI platforms
