HIT Regulatory Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise HIT regulatory initiatives, the full-time HIT Regulatory Effectiveness Analyst will gather information, perform analysis, and assist with documentation needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor compliance with HIT regulatory requirements, identifying gaps and supporting follow-up actions
• Create and present educational materials for diverse audiences, translating complex regulations into actionable insights
• Review HIT regulatory rules and documentation to assess compliance with organizational workflows and processes

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Smartsheets
• Working knowledge of EHR systems and their regulatory impacts on workflows and data reporting
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills for researching and presenting regulatory updates
