Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT
• Proven experience with HL7 standards and healthcare integration engines
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability standards
• Hands-on experience with interface testing and troubleshooting
