Job Summary
A company is looking for an HLA Product Coordinator to manage HLA matched products and support patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory searches for HLA products and provide consultation for matching platelet units
- Train new staff and assist with data entry and donor database management
- Provide administrative support for product orders and manage the transport of blood samples
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service and general office experience or equivalent education
- Experience with office automation tools is desired
- Ability to work on a team and promote a quality-driven work environment
- No travel required for this position
