Job Summary

A company is looking for an HLA Product Coordinator to manage HLA matched products and support patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inventory searches for HLA products and provide consultation for matching platelet units
  • Train new staff and assist with data entry and donor database management
  • Provide administrative support for product orders and manage the transport of blood samples
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service and general office experience or equivalent education
  • Experience with office automation tools is desired
  • Ability to work on a team and promote a quality-driven work environment
  • No travel required for this position
