HMDA Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HMDA Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance with HMDA policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of HMDA requirements and analyze loan files for compliance
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve inconsistencies in loan data and ensure accurate HMDA reporting
• Assist in compliance reviews and implement corrective actions based on findings from internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 2-4 years of experience in compliance, mortgage lending, loan review, underwriting, processing, or general banking
• Familiarity with compliance laws and regulatory requirements
• Ability to implement department policies and procedures effectively
• Experience in developing and presenting training related to compliance initiatives
