Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to HMIS users and partner agencies
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely responses to service requests
- Assist in compliance with HMIS policies and monitor data quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in social work or computer science
- Knowledge of Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems for support management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential
