To support a growing demand for interpretation services, Hmong Remote Interpreters will provide video remote interpretation for prescheduled calls in a flexible, worldwide remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate interpretation services for medical and social service calls
• Manage and respond to prescheduled call volume effectively
• Maintain a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for optimal service delivery

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as a Medical Interpreter
• Experience handling Tier 1 calls in customer service and social services
• Strong command of both Hmong and English languages
• Availability to take prescheduled calls consistently
• Access to a reliable internet connection
