Job Summary

To support efficient financial operations, the full-time HOA and Tax Coordinator will manage the monitoring and processing of HOA and tax payments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitoring and processing property tax payments for clients and assets
  • Handling payment processing for condo and homeowner associations at both client and asset levels
  • Ensuring strict adherence to timelines and company/client guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate
  • Familiarity with payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Associations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
