Job Summary
To support efficient financial operations, the full-time HOA and Tax Coordinator will manage the monitoring and processing of HOA and tax payments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring and processing property tax payments for clients and assets
- Handling payment processing for condo and homeowner associations at both client and asset levels
- Ensuring strict adherence to timelines and company/client guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate
- Familiarity with payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Associations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
