Job Summary

A mortgage company has a current position open for a Home Based Account Executive.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Represent in the local market in a positive manner
• Create a culture of sales activities daily
• Establish a network of brokers and banks that desire to fund loans via traditional table funding

Required Skills:

• Must have a proven track record of successful mortgage loan business development
• Thoroughly understand FNMA/FMLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA lending guidelines
• Two or more years' experience originating loans in a wholesale environment
• Must be able to clearly articulate an ability to work with automated systems
