Job Summary
A rapidly growing company specialized in brand protection on social media is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and manage client relationships on a daily basis
- Collect ongoing feedback from clients and collaborate with our development team to develop new features for our moderation solution based on client needs
- Provide dedicated support, data insights and moderation reports to clients
