Job Summary
To support the Home-Based Cardiac Rehabilitation Service, the full-time Operations Coordinator will manage patient data, coordinate with external practices and vendors, and ensure smooth administrative and billing workflows in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively track and retrieve missing clinical documentation for patient referrals across multiple EHR systems
- Compile, analyze, and distribute routine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to participating medical practices
- Review and monitor program data from third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and quality control
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience navigating and retrieving patient records from NextGen, eClinicalWorks, and AthenaOne
- 2-4 years of administrative, operational, or coordinator experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Strong familiarity with electronic document management tools, specifically DocuSign, and data tools like Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage financial documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach to external practices and physicians
