Job Summary

The nations largest medical record reviewer is filling a position for a Home Based Chart Reviewer and Collector in Bancroft.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record review/abstraction services
  • Scan relevant components of the medical record to support reviews performed
  • Electronically download review assignments to the laptop and data collection tool

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Registered Nurse or LPN
  • Clinical experience
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Available to perform reviews no less than 24 hours a week
