Job Summary
A medical transport company is seeking a Home Based Client Executive.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing preventative consultation
- Managing day to day client relationships
- Managing and tracking operational issues, service level agreements, and corrective action plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to meet goals
- 2+ years health care or transit experience
- Working knowledge of financials
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years' Medicaid/Medicare experience
- Experienced in conflict resolution
