Job Summary

Leading provider of managed care services seeks a Remote Field Nurse Case Manager in Albuquerque.

Must be able to:

  • Perform case management for injured workers
  • Report results to the employer and insurance companies
  • Collaborate with employers regarding necessary modifications for job duties due to medical limitations

Requirements:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or bachelor's degree in health or human services related area
  • Minimum two years  full time equivalent direct clinical care to consumers
  • Registered Nurse with current, valid state licensure
  • Ability to sit for CCM certification
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency
