Job Summary

An American managed health care company has an open position for a Home Based Health Plan Operations Business Process Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging as a collaborative facilitator and team builder with a cross-section of internal and external subject matter experts to identify, assemble and analyze for gaps
  • Constructing, modifying or coaching SME corrections to required policies, business operation process maps, and desktops
  • Defining or coaching the development of key indicator metrics and reports for operational management monitoring and strategic decision making

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five plus years experience with business process development and improvement in an operational management or business process consulting environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and successes with business process development and/or improvement associated with health plan operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
