Job Summary
A provider of healthcare and healthcare benefits needs applicants for an opening for a Home Based House Calls Nurse Practitioner in Kershaw and Sumter Counties.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting in-home health assessments
- Complying with all HIPAA regulations and maintain security of protected health information (PHI)
- Formulating a list of current and past medical conditions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of one year clinical experience in highest level of education OR 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active un-encumbered license to practice nursing in the assigned state
- Nurse Practitioner Certification from either the ANCC/AANP
- Ability to sit, stand and kneel as needed to perform physical assessment
- Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority post-hire in states where applicable
- Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within a designated area
