Job Summary
A national non-profit that has reimagined teaching has an open position for a Home Based Project Director.
Must be able to:
- Support the district to gather and use data to inform academic strategies
- Align district systems, resources and structures to support evolving academic strategies
- Develop and manage high level client relationships with senior district leaders and other stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong familiarity and expertise with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS)
- Experience managing complex projects or organizational change efforts
- Deep knowledge of content and instruction, with at least four years Pre-K-12 teaching experience, preferably in high-need schools or with high-need populations, and a proven track record of raising student achievement
- The ability to critically assess challenges and identify effective solutions
- Previous experience developing and facilitating adult learning/training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
