Job Summary
An innovative dental wellness company working to deliver high-quality, cost-effective dental care is seeking a Home Based Provider Relations Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct on-site visits to provide orientation, continuous training and education to the provider network
- Partner with the health care provider network to encourage their support of company initiatives as well as compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitor, analyze and develop strategies for improving network participation and performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must maintain a current and valid driver's license, as well as a reliable personal vehicle to be used for extensive corporate travel
- Ability to maintain the necessary schedule and perform the required outputs of the position's job duties including overnight stay and extensive travel (eighty percent of the time)
- Two (2) or more years' claims processing or customer service experience working in a Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan, Managed Care Organization, or in a health care provider environment including insurance billing practices
