Job Summary

An innovative digital marketplace with over 50 million images and videos is seeking a Home Based Recruiter and Sourcer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate pipeline to identify strongest candidates against job requirements
  • Complete initial pre-screening meetings to determine candidate suitability and understanding of role
  • Generate reports to inform hiring managers of key candidates and strengths to drive swift decision process

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience evaluating high volume/dynamic candidate pipeline
  • Ability to analyze and match candidate skills and experience with job requirements
  • Strong coordination skills, highly organized, super analytical and extremely detail-oriented
  • Domain expertise and passionate enthusiasm for photography with 2+ years of photography related experience
  • B.S., B.A., A.S.
