Job Summary
A commercial inspection surveying company is in need of a Home Based Residential Insurance Inspector in Wenatchee.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Travel to insureds locations to conduct surveys
- Interview of the business owner or manager
- Submit electronic reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to travel 45 mile radius from residence
- Experience in doing Residential Insurance Inspection
- Ability to manage time and perform responsibilities with little face to face supervision
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients
- Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects successfully
