North America's leading information service for senior living options, including independent living, home care agencies, adult family homes and assisted living communities is filling a position for a Teleworking Senior Living Advisor in Wichita.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building relationships and educates families over the phone on referral process
- Understanding family needs and referring appropriate partner communities
- Managing the sales process, including guiding families through their search process with strong post-referral follow up with families and partner communities.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Designated home office that allows for privacy during work hours with a high speed Internet connection
- Three plus years experience
- Strong computer skills necessary, including Word and Excel, as well as strong typing skills
- Must have reliable transportation to visit partner communities
- Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solution based upon family needs
