Home Care Case Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Case Assistant - Home Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages multiple phone calls and provides follow-up to meet callers' needs
• Assists field staff with day-to-day issues and checks emails promptly
• Collects and organizes information for reporting and updates the EMR as per agency standards

Required Qualifications:

• One year of experience in a home care setting or medical office preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred for ElderONE only
• No minimum qualifications required
