Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Case Assistant - Home Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple phone calls and provides follow-up to meet callers' needs
- Assists field staff with day-to-day issues and checks emails promptly
- Collects and organizes information for reporting and updates the EMR as per agency standards
Required Qualifications:
- One year of experience in a home care setting or medical office preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred for ElderONE only
- No minimum qualifications required
