Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners as their main point of contact


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a team of Customer Success Managers, preferably in home care or healthcare
  • Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and provide feedback to a team
  • Experience with CRM and other platforms to drive efficiency
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
