Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention and engagement targets
- Implement processes to drive high adoption levels of new programs and product offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and serve as their main point of contact
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a team of Customer Success Managers, preferably in home care or healthcare
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, including coaching and providing feedback
- Experience with CRM and other platforms to drive efficiency
- Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools for data analysis
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
