Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention and engagement targets
  • Implement processes to drive high adoption levels of new programs and product offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and serve as their main point of contact
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a team of Customer Success Managers, preferably in home care or healthcare
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, including coaching and providing feedback
  • Experience with CRM and other platforms to drive efficiency
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools for data analysis
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
