Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers considering cancellation, resolving concerns to retain their business
  • Reach out to previously cancelled customers to encourage service reactivation
  • Manage escalated customer issues and maintain accurate customer databases
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; or up to one year of related experience or training
  • At least 1 year of sales or 2 years of customer care experience
  • Previous experience with retention or winback preferred
