Job Summary

Coordinating the preparation of loan and lease packages, the full-time Home Equity Closing Specialist will manage compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines while communicating with various stakeholders to ensure timely document gathering and problem resolution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare loan/lease packages in compliance with policies, regulations, and investor standards
• Communicate with clients, realtors, and title companies to resolve inquiries and gather necessary documentation
• Calculate final closing costs and coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four to six years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of legal documents for loan processing
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
