A company is looking for a Home Equity Loan Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure files and documents comply with company, investor, and compliance requirements
• Process a minimum of 3 files per day and prepare closing documents
• Coordinate with various departments to correct and complete the closing process

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRID guidelines
• Experience with Conventional, FHA/VA loans is a plus
• Familiarity with Encompass is preferred
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
