Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Processor to manage loan applications and ensure accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage a pipeline of Home Equity loans
• Communicate effectively with external and internal customers throughout the loan process
• Request, gather, and analyze documentation required for underwriting approval

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines
• Ability to maintain a pipeline of 30-50 loans
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS
• Team-oriented mentality and adaptability to change
